Rev. Sr. Rosaline Pereira at Auxilium Skills Academy organised a workshop on first aid and fire emergency. All the staff and students from all the three centres were attended the workshop. The resource person was Mr. Surendar Saverdekar (Lecture at Kriti College). Our Fire safety trainer was then welcomed, and the Training commenced at 3 pm. Surendar Sir took us through the essential requirements in a First Aid Kit and their uses, various natural disasters, different kinds of Fire, different kinds of Fire extinguishers and how to use them in an emergency, Emergency Fire Evacuation Procedure. A Quiz round was conducted to understand how much the participants retained and many students received prizes for the correct answers. ASA students and staff were enlightened with information on how to act in times of basic medical emergencies and Fire emergencies.
