PowerPoint presentation and activities were used to highlight the topics. The Activities conducted was to introduce yourself in 30 seconds, Activity on listening skills, Vocal Calisthenics .Students learned how to read non-verbal cues and body language and learned how to present positive body language while communicating. They learned how to project their voice in order to effectively communicate. They learned the difference between hearing and listening. They were also enlightened on being well groomed, well-mannered and the right etiquette at the work place.
