A two-day training was organized by ASA from 15th -16th September 2023 at the Auxilium Youth Animation Center in Dahanu. It was a comprehensive and enriching event. It brought together staff and sisters from various locations, including Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Khedpa, Gandhinagar, and Uttan, to engage in a diverse range of sessions and activities aimed at personal and professional development.
The training emphasized transformative leadership, mobilization strategies, child protection policy, work ethics, and managerial skills. Participants had the opportunity to learn from experienced presenters and share their center’s activities, fostering a collaborative and informative atmosphere.
