On November 22, 2021 a session on SMART Regular All Hands Meet – Mumbai Region was organized by Tech Mahindra Foundation for its four-networking partners namely Auxilium Skills Academy-Wadala, Jailaxmi Center-Thane, Faith Foundation-Andheri and NRI-Andheri. There were total thirty-four participants including Mr. Mahesh Shetty (Location Head, Mumbai & Nagpur Region), Mr. Chandrakant Samudre (Deputy Manager – Employability), Mr. Dinesh Gaikwad (Sr Executive), Mr. Dinesh Ram (Sr. Executive) and Sr. Rosaline Pereira (CEO, Auxilium Skills Academy). The meeting began with an introduction round. The meaning of SMART was elaborated by Mr. Mahesh Shetty. He also asked the three mobilization strategies they implied in their centres. Later, according to the designation the groups were divided namely Head of the Organization, Centre Manager, Placement Officer, Trainers and Mobilizers where cross learning took place. Each group then shared what they picked up from each other from the discussion and how they can implement it in their centers. Then the panel took the feedback from all the participants. Mr. Chandrakant insisted on the meaning of outcome and output. Sr Rosaline proposed the vote of thanks, thus the meeting came to an end.
