On 15th August 2020 at 10am we the Management, Staff and students celebrated virtual Independence day on virtual platform due to covid 19′ lockdown. Mr James D’sousa and Mr. Kenneth Colaco coordinated the entire program. Sr Rosaline Pereira (Project Manager) hoisted the flag and addressed students saying India became independent after lots of hardships and sacrifice of brave Indian freedom fighters and we remember them in gratitude and pay tribute to them. The father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru were in forefront. On this day we salute the soldiers,health care workers who guard our boarders n our health. Our students performed meaningful dances and singing. We had drawing and quiz competition. On this day we also celebrated the birthdays of Sr. Manisha Parmar (Director, Sahayini Social Development Society) and Mrs Rosemary Daniel (Centre Manager-TMF SMART). Ms. Tenu Daniel proposed the vote of thanks, thus the program came to an end.
