On 8th June 2022, the nursing students of the Auxilium community College, Ahmednagar celebrated the Environment Day. All the students were dressed in green outfits. A photography and speech competition were held to highlight the importance of the day. We began the celebration with a meaningful prayer service after which the students welcomed the Manager, Sr. Rita Lobo, the Judges and the sisters of the community with flowers. Then each student came forward to present their photography and deliver their speeches.
It was a delightful moment to see them grow in their love, admiration and respect for Mother Earth. The event concluded with Sr. Rita distributing the prizes to the winners, followed by planting saplings in the campus celebration Environment Day.
