On March 10, 2022 the President of Auxilium Skills Academy Rev. Sr. Meenakshi D’Silva visited the management, staff and the youth of Auxilium Skills Academy, Wadala.
Seventy-five youth and staff attended the program. The chief guest for the event was Rev Sr Meenakshi D’Silva and the guest of honour was Rev Sr Magdaline Sequeira (Manager, Auxilium Convent High School, Wadala) and Sr. Rosaline Pereira (CEO, Auxilium Skills Academy).
The theme for the event was “Hope for the Earth, Hope for the Poor”. Mrs Rosemary Daniel (Centre Manager) and Mr. James D’souza (Accountant & fund raiser) welcomed President with a shawl, the bag, a T-shirt and a chocolate prepared by ASA. Mrs. Riya Parkar (Mobilizer) welcomed the guest of honour with a sapling.
The event began with a prayer dance, a power-point presentation on the activities conducted throughout the year. The theme was well depicted through a skit by the youth, followed by Staff dance on saving planet earth. After the skit, the 4 adopted families were invited on the stage and given educational, medical aid and food supplies.
President in her message appreciated the staff and the youth and asked to take care of the Mother Earth. Mrs. Rosemary Daniel proposed the vote of thanks. Then the President met the staff. Snacks were distributed.
