AUXILIUM SKILLS ACADEMY is the flagship outcome-based skill development sector of the Mumbai Province of the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. The objective of this organization is to encourage and promote skill development for the marginalized and school dropout youth throughout the province, spread in the four South and East Indian States.

After completing Grade 12, I intended to study further. However due to my family's poor financial condition I had to discontinue my studies. An opportunity knocked through Auxilium Skills Academy, and I enrol for the ITES-BPO course. Through this course, I learnt Basic computers, the functioning of a BPO, voice modulation and much more. Auxilium Skills Academy also provided additional sessions as part of the course like life skills, Communication skills, workplace readiness, interview skills and more which gave me an all-round development, which build my confidence and developed my personality which equipped me to succeed at Job interviews.

Soon I got To Know about Courses being offered at Auxilium Skills Academy. I enrolled in for life skills, English and Digital Literacy. I had lots of dreams to accomplish in life but had finance constrain. I along with my mother would sell tea the whole night and in the morning I would study. I had gone through Sleepless nights and managed to passing my SSC. I never used to socialize with others. I was lacking Proper guidance and that is when i came across auxilium.I opted to learn ITES-BPO in which I learned to operate Computers and to communicate in English. Currently i am working. I am very happy to earn and support my family. I want to do well in life and discontinue selling tea and keep my mother happy
